It’s been a boring and lazy year,2020 in lockdown we all got stuck in our homes,tiredness on peak as we have done all the online courses available on internet, Like,seriously? I’d dreamt of to go hilly areas or any new place as its been a year I haven’t been travelled but today I went to hospital to apply for internship,it was a sunny day,sunkissed my skin like pearl on my skin were blooming like flowers as I can’t define the feeling.
And as your love life is also in middle of sea and high waves coming to drown yourself in lots of water but keep your heart to yourself as they say,Give it a Break!
5th August,Kashmir Day celebrated today and lots of seminars and marches held to celebrate it.So,I ran towards home to avoid traffic because I knew I’d get stuck.
If,a person falls on outstretched hand or directly on surface,he may face some complications i.e:nerve compression,bleeding fracture and skin tear.
First of all,nerve compression will be discussed:
Cubital Tunnel Syndrome:
It is the second most common peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome next to carpal tunnel,causes symptoms in the arm and hand including pain, numbness,and muscle weakness,particularly in the areas controlled by the ulnar nerve like the ring and little finger.

Causes Of Compression:
It include daily habits like leaning on your elbows for long periods of time, sleeping with your arms bent,or repetitive movement of the arm.Direct injury to the inside of the elbow, like when you hit your bone,can also cause symptoms of ulnar nerve pain.
*An elbow fracture or dislocation will result in repeated elbow bending,such as with cigarette smoking.Entrapment can cause pain,numbness and tingling in the forearm and fourth and fifth fingers.Severe cases causes ulnar nerve entrapment results in weakness in the hand and loss of muscle mass.
*This condition occurs when the ulnar nerve becomes compressed as it passes through the wrist or elbow.
On this eid,sacrifice your ego and pride,talk to your relatives if,they are upset with you,feed the poor and help them.Share meat with the poor because they can’t eat meat all year so, they could feed their families.
Full your table with delicious meat barbeques and mutton chops but eat in a balanced way so that you can get all the nutrients and healthy benefits of meat i.e:proteins,iron as it is also major source of five of the B-complex vitamins:thiamin, riboflavin,niacin,vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 but it has some cons too as consuming high amounts of meat result in high saturated fat,which can raise blood cholesterol levels.
Exercise after you eat so,that your food gets digest and you get all the healthy nutrients.
Whenever history couldn’t stop animal abuse,those people moved onto humans as their victims. ALWAYS.
This week old kitten was raped in Lahore until her guts fell out over the course of days.Now this war is beyond the kitten or these animals.If you don’t give a damn about animals,at least fight for their rights for the sake of humanity and the safety of your future generations,sons and daughters.

A neurological examination will help physiotherapist to determine if you have any muscle weakness or loss of sensation.During the exam,he will:
1.Check muscle strength in your lower leg by assessing how you walk on both your heels and toes.Muscle strength in other parts of your body may also be tested.
2.Detect loss of sensation by checking whether you can feel a light touch on your leg and foot.
3.Test your reflexes at the knee and ankle, sometimes be absent if there is a compressed nerve root in your spine.

*Straight Leg Raise (SLR)Test:
This test is a very accurate predictor of a disk herniation in patients,during the test, you lie on your back and your doctor carefully lifts your affected leg,knee stays straight.If you feel pain down your leg and below the knee,strong indication is that you have a herniated disk.

YOGA FOR LOW BACK PAIN:
Gentle movement exercises may help such as lying on the back,bending both knees and gently rotating them together to each side, without pushing in to pain.
*Start with 5 to 10 reps.
*Gentle yoga may be helpful once the acute symptoms improve.
*Yoga has other benefits as well. Yoga can help with focus, relaxation, and balance. *Pilates is a very helpful form of exercise for increasing control and strength in the lower back muscles,it engages core muscles and increase strength,as with yoga,in pilates,start slow and work up to increase difficulty levels.
