YOLO is an acronym that stands for “You Only,Live Once.”

Often used when doing something risky or spontaneous.For instance,You may hear your child say, “I am gonna do a backflip into the pool — YOLO!”

In the Gen Z workplace context,it is often used to express the idea of taking risks, seizing opportunities, and living life to the fullest.

YOLO is about living in the moment,taking chances and embracing opportunities that come your way, and not allowing yourself to be held back by fear,worry or doubt.
