So, take a deep breath,count to three, admit it, and then take ownership of it.

Inform those who need to know, apologize and tell them that you are working on a solution. Say “sorry” as it takes courage,it’s even better to come clean than to hide your fault or, worse, to blame other people for it.

Once you recognize that you’ve made a mistake, here’s what you can do:

  1. Address your feelings.
  2. Acknowledge the error.
  3. Offer an apology.
  4. Evaluate the cause.

You are not your mistake.When you make a mistake, keep in mind that it doesn’t define who you are as a person,you are Human.


Own it as to better recognise your fault,find the fix and give it a crack.Talk it out and don’t repeat your mistakes.
