EXERCISES FOR FROZEN SHOULDER :

These frozen shoulder exercises will help increase your mobility.

It includes the following exercises :
1.Towel stretch. Hold one end of a three-foot-long towel behind your back and grab the opposite end with your other hand.
2.Finger walk.
3.Cross-body reach.
4.Armpit stretch.
5.Outward rotation.
6.Inward rotation.

7.Pendulum Stretch
